Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed through our store.

All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once an order has been processed and handed over for delivery, shipping is fulfilled via our courier partner, The Courier Guy.

Delivery typically takes between three (3) to five (5) business days, depending on the destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable rates. Certain locations, including outlying or remote areas, may be subject to additional surcharges, which will be reflected at checkout prior to payment.

We offer free delivery on orders over R850 for locker-to-locker shipments via The Courier Guy. This offer applies only to eligible delivery options and locations and will be automatically applied at checkout where applicable.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate delivery information is provided at the time of purchase.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. While we take reasonable care to ensure timely dispatch, we are not liable for any delays in delivery once the order has been handed over to the courier, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
